After a decade in mortgage and commercial lending with two respected Decatur banks, Caleb joined Northwestern Mutual nearly 10 years ago. Today, he leads a growing team focused on developing exceptional financial professionals. Outside the office, Caleb is a proud father of four daughters and spends much of his time coaching or cheering them on in basketball, volleyball, dance, and show choir. His passion for coaching extends into the workplace, where he enjoys helping driven individuals reach their full potential.
