Job Title: Financial Advisor – Commission-Based (Remote, U.S. Only)

Location: Remote – Work from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: Commission-based: Earn 7% of the total capital you raise (No base salary or retainer)

Our projects are located in the United States and Ghana, focusing on clean energy, smart technology, and sustainable development.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek licensed and registered Financial Advisors in the U.S. to help us raise capital through a Regulation D 506(c) private placement offering, exclusively selling private shares to accredited investors.

This role is 100% commission-based — you will earn 7% commission on any investment you bring in.

Your Responsibilities:

• Talking to U.S.-based accredited investors about Exoben
• Sharing our investment opportunity and explaining its benefits
• Answering basic questions and guiding investors through the process
• Coordinating with our Investor Relations team for paperwork and compliance checks
• Tracking your investor leads and updates

Requirements:

• A valid U.S. securities license (Series 7, 63, 65, or 66)
• Currently registered with a broker-dealer or RIA (Registered Investment Adviser). If licensed but not registered, re-activate your license before applying.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong network of potential investors or willingness to develop one
• Experience with private placements, fundraising, or investment sales is a plus
