Job summary

Northwestern Mutual in San Diego’s North County seeks a Financial Advisor to launch a personal advisory business with our extensive training program. You’ll apply an entrepreneurial mindset to build a client base, develop holistic financial plans, and guide clients through all stages of life.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from a four-year institution preferred.
• Prior sales and/or business experience preferred and possess a history of personal and professional success.
• Prior financial services experience not needed -- extensive training platform provided.

Responsibilities

• Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and providing a great client experience.
• Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client’s unique needs including insurance, investments, education planning, retirement planning.
• Manage your client’s financial plans to help them achieve their goals long term.
• Grow relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life.
