What You’ll Do: As a Financial Advisor with us, you’ll lead clients through a structured financial planning process, identifying their needs and crafting plans that set them up for long-term success. Here’s a snapshot of your daily work:

  • Conduct Initial Consultations: Meet with prospects our marketing team has engaged, using your listening and relationship-building skills to understand their goals and unique situations.
  • Develop Tailored Financial Plans: Create comprehensive financial strategies using fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance products tailored to client needs.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel secure and confident in their financial plans.
  • Close New Clients: Use your people skills to demonstrate the value of our services and help clients make informed decisions to move forward.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You hold an active Life and Health Insurance License and an active Series 65 or 66 License (required).
  • You have strong sales and closing skills with a natural ability to connect and communicate effectively with others.
  • You’re experienced or knowledgeable in financial planning, ideally with time spent meeting face-to-face with clients.
  • You’re driven by helping others succeed and have a bit of a competitive edge, wanting to maximize each day’s opportunity.
