Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an entry-level advisor in Fort Lauderdale to build a personal client book under the guidance of experienced advisors. You will develop a pipeline of contacts and new leads while progressing through licensing requirements and becoming a product expert in financial planning services.

You will support seasoned advisors, deliver holistic client experiences, and contribute to a high-standard client service model.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Join Ameriprise in a team practice and support a seasoned financial advisor(s).
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of client contacts and leads.
• Develop and maintain a personal book of business under guidance.
• Obtain required licenses within 150 days of hire (FINRA Series 7, S63/S66, S65/S66, Life/Health/Variable products).
• Assist seasoned advisors in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Provide a differentiated client experience and support client service models.
