Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and pursue ongoing professional development
• Experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or other client-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and obtain key financial licenses
• Build consultative sales and relationship-management skills
• Engage directly with clients and prospective clients
• Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward performance goals in a client-focused, growth-oriented environment
• Receive coaching, mentorship, and professional development support
• Complete ongoing training to master products, tools, and client service
