Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is seeking a Financial Advisor / Wealth Advisor for a growing independent RIA in North Dallas to join its collaborative advisory team. You will serve high-net-worth families with comprehensive planning, investment management, and long-term wealth guidance.

You’ll collaborate with a team to deepen client relationships, contribute to growth, and provide strong, client-focused financial advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in wealth management, planning, or advisory work.
• Series 65 or Series 7/66 required; CFP preferred.
• Strong communication skills, high integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth families on financial planning, investment strategy, and ongoing wealth management.
