The ideal candidate will clear communication skills, and experience in financial planning and business development. The primary objective is to build personal relationships with existing clients and guide them in achieving their financial goals. While a previous client base is not required, it can be a factor in compensation.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Plymouth, MN - HQ)
75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Springfield, IL)
75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Sun City West, AZ)
75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Burlington, VT)
