An established and growing independent, fee-only wealth management firm in San Antonio is looking to add Financial Advisors to its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys financial planning, building long-term client relationships, and helping families make important financial decisions — without the traditional pressure of building a book of business from scratch.
The firm has an established client base and a highly developed marketing and lead-generation platform. Advisors will work with existing clients while also meeting with qualified prospective clients who are generated through the firm's marketing efforts.
There is no requirement to bring a transferable book of business, cold call, or conduct traditional prospecting.
The firm is open to a wide range of experience levels. Candidates may range from recent college graduates looking to begin a career in wealth management to experienced Financial Advisors seeking a more stable, relationship-focused environment.
The firm is intentionally flexible regarding experience and is interested in candidates at multiple stages of their careers.
Potential candidates may include:
Prior financial planning experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain the appropriate credentials to serve as an Investment Adviser Representative.
A Series 65 or qualifying professional designation is required to ultimately function in the Financial Advisor role.
The CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP™) designation is strongly preferred, particularly for experienced candidates.
Unlike many traditional Financial Advisor positions, this opportunity does not require you to build a business entirely through your own personal network.
This is a 100% in-office position in San Antonio, Texas.
