Overview

First Command Financial Advisors coach military families in their pursuit of financial security, shaping positive financial behaviors through face‑to‑face coaching with a client‑first philosophy.

What Our Financial Advisors Do
  • Serve as a personal coach to military families, developing a financial plan that constantly evolves to meet short‑term and long‑term goals.
  • Help clients manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against unexpected events.
  • Engage the community to bring new clients to First Command, with support from the local district team and Home Office.
  • Partner with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions to reach the military community.
  • Coach families on building a comprehensive financial plan, covering savings and banking, investments and wealth management, and insurance and risk management.
What We Offer
  • Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
  • Full sponsorship for registration and licensing, including guidance to pursue SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
  • Upon successful licensing, opportunity to join our paid training program with a local district office.
  • Initial salary: hourly wage for the first three months (minimum wage in the state). After that, transition to a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remainder of the nine‑month paid training period.
