Caliber Wealth Management Advisor – Investment Consultant

Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $200,000 per year.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $200,000 per year (minimum base of $55,000 up to 2 years)
• Commission: 30% of gross production after 2 years or when 30% of production surpasses base salary
• PTO: 10 days
• Company Holidays: 10
• Sick Days: 5 days
• Medical Credit: $300/month (for employees enrolled in group health plan)
• 401(k) Match: 100% up to 4% of salary (after 90 days)
• Marketing Allowance: $2,500/year (subject to approval by Director of Advisor Team)
• Work‑From‑Home: 4 days per month
• Other: company‑paid office, tech, E&O, licensing, approved continuing education, client service management and general admin support, etc.

Regular Responsibilities

• Career mapping, goal setting, and plan making with Director of Advisor Team
• 1:1 Leadership Development Meetings (2 x/mo: Teaching, Encouragement, Accountability)
• Consistently track and report production performance metrics
• Retain historical records by using a centralized filing and retrieval system
• Cultivate and establish several networks related to you
• Communicate production activity, results, changes, and hurdles at regular intervals to keep company informed

Recurring Meetings for Production Manager

• Weekly Caliber Team Meeting
• Bi‑weekly 1:1 with Director of Advisor Team
• 1 x month Advisor Team meeting
• Quarterly Company Meeting
