Job summary

Wisepath Group, through Wisepath Recruiting, seeks an experienced Financial Advisor to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model. You will inherit a strong local brand, advanced financial modeling technology, and direct mentorship to scale your operations.

This is a direct-hire placement with a transition program, back-office support, and marketing assistance. Compensation is highly performance-based, with the potential to earn $100,000 to $250,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA registrations (Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 6/63/65).
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years as a producing Financial Advisor with clean regulatory record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with consultative, relationship-first planning.

Responsibilities

This role is a direct-hire placement with our client agency, offering a structured transition program, full back-office administrative support, and localized marketing assistance.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, active Financial Advisor looking to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model without the burden of managing overhead alone. You will inherit a robust local brand, state-of-the- art financial modeling technology, and direct mentorship to help scale your operations and build long-term enterprise equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze complex client situations to design custom asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Foster and expand regional client networks by utilizing the firm’s localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management to ensure exceptional client retention and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63/65) registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationship-first planning process.

• Estimated Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year. This is an entrepreneurial, performance-based compensation model featuring highly competitive commission structures, fee-sharing splits, and passive residual income. Transition financing is available for qualified advisors transitioning an existing book of business.
