Wisepath Group, through Wisepath Recruiting, seeks an experienced Financial Advisor to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model. You will inherit a robust local brand, state-of-the-art financial modeling technology, and direct mentorship to help scale operations and build long-term equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Active FINRA registrations (Series 7 & 66 or Series 6/63/65).
• State Life & Health Insurance license is required or active.

Responsibilities

• Provide macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze client situations to design asset‑protection, retirement income, and estate‑planning solutions.
• Expand regional client networks using local CPA alliances and marketing channels.

You will inherit a robust local brand, state-of-the‑art financial modeling technology, and direct mentorship to help scale your operations and build long‑term enterprise equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze complex client situations to design custom asset‑protection, retirement income, and estate‑planning solutions.
• Foster and expand regional client networks by utilizing the firm’s localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high‑touch relationship management to ensure exceptional client retention and long‑term satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63/65) registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationship‑first planning process.

Compensation & Professional Development

• Transition financing and highly competitive commission payout schedules.

• Estimated Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year. This is an entrepreneurial, performance‑based compensation model featuring highly competitive commission structures, fee‑sharing splits, and passive residual income. Transition financing is available for qualified advisors transitioning an existing book of business.
