• High earning potential via this commission-based role with one of the most lucrative contracts in the business
• We cover the cost of your education and provide comprehensive training and personalized coaching as you work toward obtaining your required licenses — including Life and Health, as well as securities licenses such as the SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 65, or Series 66. Educational materials and courses are provided through Kaplan, a leading provider of licensing preparation
• Benefits including a pension, 401(k) with match, health, dental, and vision insurance
• Career development opportunities from mentorship by agency leaders and collaboration with peers, to future potential for leadership positions within the agency and beyond
• There is full potential to go entirely remote after licensing, onboarding, and training goals have been achieved. Though a commission-centered position, there is allowable financial compensation during career launch (licensing and training) which begins at hire.
