Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Financial Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for an advisor who enjoys the technical and strategic side of wealth management—financial planning, portfolio construction, strategy, and problem-solving but also values building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

We are looking for more than someone to simply fill an advisor position. We want someone who is excited about the opportunity to grow within their role as our company grows, take on increasing responsibility, contribute ideas, and become an important part of the long-term future of our firm.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, accountable, and committed to following through. You should be someone who takes pride in getting the details right while still being able to communicate financial strategies clearly and confidently with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized financial plans by analyzing clients’ assets, liabilities, income, expenses, retirement goals, and overall financial picture
  • Work with clients to develop and implement investment strategies
  • Assist with planning, asset allocation, investment analysis, and ongoing portfolio oversight
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis using financial planning and software
  • Identify planning opportunities and potential risks within clients’ financial strategies
  • Prepare for and participate in client planning and review meetings
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful guidance, and consistent follow-through
  • Maintain accurate client records, planning assumptions, documentation, and action items
  • Ensure planning recommendations and client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Stay informed about investment markets, financial planning strategies, and developments within the financial services industry
  • Collaborate with the firm's leadership and team to improve planning processes and client experiences
  • Help develop systems and processes that allow the firm to continue to scale efficiently
  • Participate in educational, client appreciation, and other firm events

  • Experience with financial planning, analysis, CRM, or other technology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an understandable way
