Strategic Wealth Designers in Houston is seeking a Financial Advisor to manage an existing client book and partner with a Lead Advisor to deliver planning guidance and exceptional service. You’ll strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive assets through trusted guidance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, Series 65/66, 1+ years as a Financial Advisor, and strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Nearly 23 years ago, 23-year-old Matthew Dicken grew frustrated with the issues plaguing the financial services industry and set out on a mission to change the industry standard and prioritize clients in retirement planning. The Financial Advisor serves as a relationship manager for an existing group of clients while working alongside the Lead Advisor to deliver planning guidance, service, and preparation support. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent client service. You are responsible for ensuring the client experience is organized, responsive, and professional at every step.

Commitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week (8am–5pm), with occasional flexibility due to client meetings or events.
Location: 2000 W. Sam Houston Pkwy S., Houston, TX 77042
Travel: In addition to working from our Houston office, this role requires travel to our San Antonio, TX office for two days once per month. Mileage, hotel accommodations, and meal expenses will be covered by the company.
Compensation: Starting salary range: $90,000–$115,000, depending on CFP® certification and experience.
