You will meet prospective clients, analyze their financial goals, and craft customized strategies in insurance, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, asset protection and risk management. Extensive training and mentorship accompany marketing and licensing support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a personal book of business through client acquisition and relationship development. You’ll receive up to 80 leads per day and marketing support to help you build your client base.
  • Meet with prospective clients through personal business development efforts.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, goals and priorities.
  • Develop customized financial strategies and recommendations by educating individuals/families on insurance recommendations, retirement planning, wealth accumulation strategies, asset protection and risk management.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching and professional development programs.
  • Track business development activities and progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with advisors for joint work and learn from industry professionals.
