Job summary

Bankers Life is seeking Financial Advisors to build a client base and help clients live more while planning their finances. They will grow through mentorship, training, and presenting clients with tailored financial solutions.

You will own your business, develop knowledge of Bankers Life products, and leverage a flexible hybrid schedule after completing agent training. Earnings are uncapped, with first-year averages around $80k–$100k.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health licenses or ability to acquire licensing with our support.
• Securities licensing (Series 6/7/63/66/65) or CFP eligibility with our help.
• High self-motivation and ability to meet goals independently.
• History of success in sales or client-facing roles.
• Desire for continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Life & Health licenses and securities licensing or the ability to acquire licensing with our support. (Securities licensing applicable to this position can include Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, Series 65, and CFP®)
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
• History of success in sales, competitive roles, client services, or client-facing roles
• Desire for continuous learning
