What Our Financial Advisors Do

Serve as a personal coach to our nation’s military families, focusing on a constantly evolving financial plan.
Help families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, supported by local district teams and the Home Office.
Partner directly with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions.
Coach families on comprehensive financial planning, including:

Savings and banking
Investments and wealth management
Insurance and risk management

What We Offer

Specialized licensing and comprehensive training for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
Full registration and licensing sponsorship, including preparation for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
Paid training program with local district office upon successful completion of the licensing phase.
An initial salary structure: hourly wage for the first 3 months (minimum state wage), then transition to a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remaining nine‑month training period.
