We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our Northeast Financial Group firm. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors, aiming to help clients achieve their financial goals.

As a key team member, after obtaining the necessary licenses and registrations to become a FINANCIAL ADVISOR, your typical day may include:

  1. Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  2. Gathering client information to build comprehensive financial plans
  3. Assisting clients in preparing for retirement
  4. Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations

Our comprehensive training program means prior experience in financial services is not required, though industry exposure is a plus.

The path to becoming a Financial Advisor begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which you'll study to obtain FINRA and state licenses, with costs covered by the company.

Upon completing this phase and accepting a part-time position as a CDP Contract Associate, compensation starts at $15/hour or the applicable minimum wage.

After successfully completing this phase, you may be offered a full-time role as a Financial Professional Associate (FPA), earning commissions and bonuses typically ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 in the first year.

FPAs may also enroll in a 401(k), and participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, with eligibility for paid leave.
