As a Financial Advisor, you will:

• Build a client base and develop knowledge of Bankers Life financial products and market trends
• Develop yourself with our award-winning training and mentorship network
• Present clients with financial solutions and drive them to action
• Take ownership of your business and build a team

We support you every step of the way:

• No finance / Insurance background? No problem—sales, service, or people-facing experience is a big plus!
• First step, get licensed. Bankers Life covers your Life & Health coursework to start your business.
• Award winning mentorship and training programs that support your move into sales
• Income support to get you started on top of your commissions and bonuses.

Pay structure:

• Financial Advisors at Bankers are fully commission based.
• Typically pay: 1st year - $100,000, 3rd year - $140,000, 5th year - $165,000, 10th year - $285,000+
• Performance bonuses of up to $75,000 per quarter
• Up to $18,000 in company incentives during first 18 months.
• Paid training program (First four months)
• Yearly product renewal pay

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Life & Health licenses and securities licensing or the ability to acquire licensing with our support. (Securities licensing applicable to this position can include Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, Series 65, and CFP®)
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
• History of success in sales, competitive roles, client services, or client-facing roles
• Desire for continuous learning
