Role Description This full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role is based in Bismarck, ND. The Financial Advisor provides personalized financial guidance to clients, helping them clarify goals and develop strategies across budgeting, protection, retirement, and investment needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting financial analyses, preparing and presenting recommendations, and implementing solutions such as investment and insurance products. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, adjusting plans as circumstances change, and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met. Financial Advisors are expected to build their client base through networking, community involvement, and referral cultivation, while collaborating with Thrivent colleagues and leveraging firm tools and resources.
