As we continue to grow in the Andover and northwest metro area, we are looking to add an experienced Financial Advisor to support the expanding needs of our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a book of businesses through Realize Financial Advisors, our in-house investment office. With an established presence in Elk River, this is a rare opportunity to help expand Realize Financial Advisors into the northwest metro while building your own book of business.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on developing relationships, growing a client base, and delivering thoughtful financial guidance.

Over time, the position may provide opportunities for progressively broader leadership responsibilities within Realize Financial Advisors, including possible consideration for department leadership as part of the bank’s long-term succession planning. Any such opportunity would be based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, organizational needs, and the timing of future transitions.

At The Bank of Elk River, we believe in the following core values:

  • We put people first: Our customers, co-workers, and communities inspire us every day. We are dedicated to your success and believe that by building strong relationships, empowering our team to make decisions, and developing genuine connections, we all succeed.

  • We pursue excellence: We embrace a culture of innovative thinking and continuous learning. We leverage diverse perspectives through communication and collaboration to deliver relevant progressive solutions that exceed expectations.
  • We strengthen communities: We are driven to make a positive and lasting impact. By investing financial resources, sharing our expertise, and devoting our time, we strengthen the communities we serve.
