Job summary

Knauf Insulation, Inc. in the United States seeks a Financial Accounting Manager to lead a team responsible for internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and payroll compliance.

You will develop controls, ensure GAAP compliance and drive process improvements across the finance organization. The role requires a strong accounting background in manufacturing, CPA and an MBA preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS considerations included.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting and audits.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team responsible for financial reporting, accounting, payroll and budgeting.
• Develop and enhance internal control policies and procedures.
• Coordinate annual financial audit and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
• Drive process improvements and maintain fiscal records.
