Job summary

Gardant is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to coordinate monthly close, review financial statements, and manage cash flow across communities, including preopening sites. You will support audits, SOX testing where applicable, and lender inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and contract requirements.

You will also lead budgeting cycles using Solver, assist with acquisition onboarding, and drive accurate financial data across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversees reserves and reimbursements with understanding of structures.
• Supports annual audits and SOX testing as applicable; handles lender inquiries.
• Ensures regulatory and contractual reporting compliance for all sites.
• Oversees financial operations for preopening communities and onboarding tasks.
• Assists with acquisition onboarding and budgeting for new sites.
• Develops annual operating budgets using Solver; provides variance analyses.
