Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Responsabilités

• Daily accounting and reporting for real estate entities.
• Preparation, review and analysis of month-/quarter-/year-end close.
• Preparation and analysis of journal entries and balance accounts.
• Evaluate contracts using ASC 842 and IFRS 16 treatment.
• Support internal/external audits and SOX/compliance.
• Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting.
