  • You check, code, and post business transactions in the accounts payable department.
  • You prepare and independently execute payment transactions.
  • You reconcile creditor accounts and clarify open items.
  • You actively support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You maintain and monitor master data in the system (e.g., DATEV).
  • You work closely with purchasing and other internal departments.
  • You ensure all accounting processes comply with legal requirements and internal compliance guidelines.

  • You have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a creditor accountant or a comparable qualification.
  • You have knowledge of DATEV and Yokoy and enjoy learning new systems and continuously developing them.
  • You have a structured and organized working style, possess a strong "hands-on" mentality, are solution-oriented, and have a strong affinity for numbers.

  • You have strong communication skills and convince in German and English — both spoken and written.
