Job summary

CoServ is seeking a Financial Accountant to develop complete and accurate financial records and statements, handling transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements. The role ensures a timely month-end close.

The position requires preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling revenue and cash, and supporting budgets and internal/external reporting while adhering to security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years accounting, general ledger and financial experience or CPA certification with 2 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of PC software and spreadsheet applications.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and monthly supplemental reporting.
• Record journal entries to general ledger daily/monthly.
• Reconcile cash, revenue, and billing to the general ledger daily/monthly.
• Maintain accounts receivable subsidiary ledger and perform invoicing and payment posting.
