Responsibilities

• Manage month-end/quarter-end close, financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, standard costs, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for plant leadership.
• Review capital projects, fixed-asset accounting, and related financial controls.
• Ensure accurate payroll accounting, reconciliations, and period-end entries.
• Maintain GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate across plant functions while supporting the Controller.
