Responsibilities:

Assist in day to day accounting operations and loan servicing.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and filings.
Assist in audit and tax requests for quarterly reviews, tax returns and annual audit.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal controls and policies.
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development.
Support process improvement projects and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1+ years public accounting experience highly preferred.
