Job summary

Lauterbach &Amen, a well-established CPA firm, is seeking a full-time Financial Accountant to join our CAAS department in Naperville. This role focuses on general ledger functions, financial statements, and government reporting for a diverse client base.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 0-2 years of accounting experience, and CPA/licensure pursuit is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and 4 weeks PTO.

The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $60,000-$62,000, with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy, offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time.
