Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions including collections.

• Support internal and external audit processes by gathering documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as requested.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working under the supervision of the Controller and as a key member of the Accounting Team, the Financial Accountant is responsible for performing routine accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries and accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes. This role supports the team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Prepare journal entries by maintaining files and records and reconciling accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions including collections
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings
• Support internal and external audit processes by gathering documentation

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements

• Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
