You will turn scripts and voice-overs into professional, high-retention videos, sourcing stock footage, adding captions, sound design, and motion graphics to match our reference channels. This is an ongoing opportunity with potential bonuses and pay increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience editing faceless YouTube videos
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
• Familiar with finance, investing, or documentary-style content
• Able to independently find visuals and supporting materials
• Skilled in motion graphics, sound design, and image animation

Responsibilities

• Turn the script and voice-over into an engaging, professional YouTube video
• Gather relevant stock footage, images, screenshots, and other visuals
• Add clear and professional captions
• Use sound effects and background music where appropriate
• Create smooth transitions and visual effects
• Use motion graphics, charts, graphs, and text animations
• Maintain strong pacing to keep viewers engaged
• Follow the overall style and quality of reference channels
• Deliver videos on schedule
