The Jack Welch College of Business & Technology invites applications for one visiting assistant faculty position in the undergraduate finance program starting August 2025. A doctorate in finance or a graduate degree with significant and ongoing business experience is required, along with evidence of excellence in teaching and/or teaching potential. The ideal candidate is expected to teach undergraduate financial management and corporate finance courses, with a preference given to candidates who can demonstrate experience in these areas.

About the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology
SHU’s Jack Welch College of Business & Technology is AACSB-accredited and enrolls over 2,000 students. It is housed on SHU’s West Campus, approximately one mile from the main campus. Opened in Fall 2019 in the former world headquarters of General Electric, the west campus focuses on digital innovation and transforming business in the 21st century. The campus includes state-of-the-art labs, equipment, and studios supporting research on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, financial computation, machine learning, augmented reality/virtual reality, and e-game design.
The Welch College offers undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Business Economics, Finance, Fintech & Analytics, Management, Sports Management, Fashion Marketing, Marketing, and Business Analytics.
