Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Software Engineer Manager to oversee application development within a dedicated department. You will lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance for critical systems while driving efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data teams to ensure robust risk controls, governance, and timely delivery of initiatives. Onsite in Hoover, AL with eligibility for incentive programs.

• Plans, designs, develops, and verifies system solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluates needs, defines performance requirements, and ensures interface compatibility.
• Supports planning and monitoring of requirements through management processes.
• Partners with TODD to strengthen risk management and cyber security.
• Ensures disciplined change management for processes and systems.
