Job summary

The program emphasizes training, reporting development, and process improvement, with opportunities to engage in enterprise system administration and strategic project management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or information systems or related field
• Junior, or Senior standing at an accredited college or university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Learn about Finance Transformation best practices
• Learn about FAM processes and how they are operationalized in current state
• Learn about FAM systems and how they support FAM’s processes
• Work on enhancing reporting of FAM transformation initiatives through data analytics
• Work on enhancing training opportunities and learning tracks for FAM processes and technology
