Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run the Finance Transformation & Governance workstream, incl. TSA exits across finance.
• Design and stand up new finance organizations, including org structure and processes.
• Implement and integrate tools, reporting frameworks, and workflows for governance.
• Serve as liaison between PMO and Finance stakeholders (Controllership, Tax, Internal Audit).
• Align across Finance, IT, Product, HR, Operations, and Shared Services for separation goals.
• Collaborate with the Project Director on strategy, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Develop detailed project plans, RAID logs, and dependency management.
• Lead executive communications and leadership reporting for transparency.
