Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 12+ years of management consulting experience.
- 12+ years leading and managing large teams.
- 12+ years of demonstrated operational expertise in FP&A, planning, forecasting or management reporting.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and leading practices.
- Experience with ERP migrations or consolidating legacy systems.
- Finance Transformation and automation experience.
- Proven skills in reporting, analytics, dashboards and KPI definition.
Responsibilities
- Provides solutions to complex business problems for areas with deep organizational objectives.
- Participates in setting strategic direction and near-term goals.
- Interacts with senior management and negotiates on significant matters.
