Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, or finance advisory services.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience with Financial Services clients and professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives with process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Provide independent perspective on finance/Accounting organizations using industry trends and best practices.
• Assess business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Transform data into actionable insights via Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, budgeting, staffing, execution and client communications.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in engagement management including problem-solving, risk identification, and QA.
• Support proposals and client relationships to drive business development and go-to-market efforts.
• Mentor and develop team members with coaching and feedback, fostering a collaborative environment.
