Responsibilities

• Transform FM processes with analytics & automation; build data visualizations (PowerBI/Tableau) to modernize financial workflows
• Identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements; assess current-state processes and implement future-state solutions
• Perform production support & continuous improvement; analyze root causes and implement change requests
• Embed FM standards and federal policy requirements into solution design in partnership with senior stakeholders
• Create trainings, user guides, SOPs; develop memos, briefings, and presentations for executives and process owners
• Build realistic project plans and provide regular task/status updates to senior clients
• Collaborate with team members to modernize financial processes through innovative solutions
