Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC (BRG) is seeking a senior consultant in corporate finance to lead client engagements focused on finance transformation, operational improvement, and value creation initiatives across industries.

You will build comprehensive financial models, perform scenario analysis, and develop KPI reporting to support strategic decisions, while collaborating with CFOs, private equity sponsors, and operating partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required
• MBA or advanced degree a plus
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent credential a plus
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on finance transformation and value creation initiatives
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance gaps and opportunities
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI reporting for decision making
• Prepare executive-ready deliverables and presentations
• Manage workstreams and junior team members ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Embrace AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and analytics
• Contribute to practice development including recruiting and client pitches
