About the Role:

Are you ready to lead enterprise-wide finance transformations and partner with CFOs to shape the future of finance? We’re looking for a seasoned Finance Transformation Lead (AVP/Sr. AVP) to drive high-impact programs across finance operating models, digital enablement, and process redesign.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multi-year, cross-functional Finance Transformation programs
• Collaborate with C-Suite to develop finance strategies and operating models
• Oversee ERP/EPM system selection, design, and implementation
• Evaluate and transform core finance processes (A2R, P2P, C2C, FP&A)
• Drive AI and digital initiatives in finance modernization
• Engage directly with clients, managing high-performing delivery teams
• Lead business development and contribute to thought leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in CFO Advisory / Finance Transformation
• 10+ years managing large transformation programs
• Consulting background will be a plus.
• Strong client leadership, team mentorship, and delivery ownership
• ERP/EPM experience (Oracle, SAP, Workday, OneStream)
• Exposure to insurance/reinsurance is a plus
• Passion for innovation, digital solutions, and strategic change
