Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and enterprise operations.
• CPA, CMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Tableau, BI Publisher, Power BI, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
