Slalom provides comprehensive benefits including meaningful time off, health coverage, and a competitive salary range. The targeted base salary for this role is $208,000 to $290,000 depending on the location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance Executives.
• Lead assessments of finance organizations for process improvement.
• Develop finance transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Advise clients on FP&A maturity and decision-support capabilities.
• Support business case development and investment decisions.
• Lead finance technology strategy and implementation efforts.
• Partner with technical teams for scalable solutions.
• Guide clients through system selection and change adoption.
