Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Transformation Financial Analyst to join our Brentwood-based team in a hybrid role with on-site work Monday through Wednesday. The analyst will build pro forma business cases, monitor project spend, and develop models to support strategic initiatives that enhance both short- and long-term financial performance.

Ideal candidates hold at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and have 2+ years of related experience, with healthcare familiarity preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and model pro forma business cases for transformation projects.
• Track spending and savings for transformation initiatives.
• Develop financial models and analytical tools to support transformation initiatives.
• Provide decision support to leadership to optimize short- and long-term business and financial performance.
• Support Transformation team inputs for the Surgery Partners financial forecasting and budgeting process.
• Perform ad hoc data analyses in support of transformation initiatives as directed by the VP of Transformation.
• Collaborate across Operations, Development, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and others, to align on project performance, monthly results, and risks and opportunities.
