Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking an Analyst, Finance Transformation to help rollout AI-enabled tools and automated processes across the Finance function. The role collaborates with multiple teams to identify practical use cases, document requirements, support testing, and capture feedback on new tools.

Responsible for maintaining documentation, training materials, and ensuring responsible AI use. The successful candidate will understand core finance processes including accounting, A/P, cash

Qualifications

• General understanding of core finance processes and accounting workflows.
• Ability to document requirements and create training materials.
• Experience with automation technologies such as workflow tools, RPA or generative AI is required.
• Experience developing process documentation and internal training content.
• Exposure to finance systems and professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled tool rollout, testing and adoption across finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI solutions and automation tools.
• Collect and evaluate AI prompts, use cases, and automation ideas from Finance teams.
• Perform process and data analysis to support transformation efforts.
• Test AI solutions to ensure alignment with finance needs.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and follow-up post-implementation.
• Document current processes, changes, feedback and business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain training and reference materials.
• Provide user support and training to drive adoption of AI tools.
• Track metrics and outcomes to measure value of automation activities.
