Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Finance Technology Product & Portfolio Lead to drive the end-to-end demand lifecycle and portfolio governance. You will bridge Finance stakeholders with Technology teams, guiding strategy, funding, and value realization across initiatives.

Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, demand management, and continuous process improvements to support regulatory and enterprise objectives. This role may be office-based or remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology product or portfolio management within a large organization.
• 7+ years working with Finance business units on technology solutions.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Finance technology product roadmap and portfolio.
• Lead the demand management process including intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Act as liaison between Finance and technology teams, translating needs into requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, progress, and budget adherence with corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in Finance technology processes, tools, and practices.
