Qualifications
- 3–6+ years as a Business Analyst in Finance Transformation, Treasury Technology, or Financial Systems projects
- Strong understanding of core finance/treasury processes (trade capture, margin management, funding, subledger accounting, reconciliations, reporting)
- SQL: write intermediate-to-advanced queries to investigate data independently
- Python: data analysis, scripting small automations, and supporting enhancements
- Experience with at least one listed platforms (Bloomberg TOMS/MARS, Workday, OptiFunder, Acadia Margin Manager, FIS, subledger systems)
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance, treasury, and operations stakeholders to map current-state processes and pain points across trading, margin, funding, and subledger workflows
- Capture, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for finance systems
- Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Convey requirements and context to technical teams to ensure alignment
- Support data mapping and reconciliation between front-office/treasury systems and the accounting subledger
- Collaborate on integration testing and issue resolution
- Design and deliver reporting and automation solutions for stakeholders
