Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Technology to lead Coupa procurement and Aderant Sierra financial operations. You will translate business needs into functional configurations, manage supplier data, and support end-to-end financial processes across AP, GL, and tax domains.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and vendors, driving testing, releases, and production support while ensuring data integrity and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of financial-systems functional analysis, business-systems analysis, or equivalent.
• Proven Coupa procurement experience covering procure-to-pay, supplier data, invoicing and financial integrations.
• Experience supporting Aderant Sierra or similar financial management system.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations, AP, GL, and reconciliations.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, writing test scenarios, and supporting production releases.
• Ability to analyze cross-system issues using logs, interface files, reports, and data extracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT functional analysis for Coupa procurement and Aderant Sierra financial operations.
• Support Coupa capabilities across requisitions, POs, invoices, and payment data flows.
• Improve procure-to-pay processes, supplier onboarding and data quality.
• Support integration with Coupa Supplier Information Management and related workflows.
• Cover Accounts Payable, General Ledger, tax, and financial close activities in Sierra.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and design specs.
• Coordinate interfaces, APIs, middleware, and data mappings; assist testing and releases.
• Investigate incidents and document remediation steps, test evidence and knowledge articles.
