Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Finance Tax Intern for a full-time, on-site internship in Dallas, TX, running January 7, 2027 through May 21, 2027. The role supports the Tax team with tax compliance, reporting, and analyses across corporate, partnership, property, and state taxes.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance tax initiatives. The position offers exposure to tax accounting and compliance work, plus opportunities for professional development within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently earned bachelor's in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with federal, state, local, partnership, and property tax returns, schedules, and workpapers.
• Review and organize financial and tax information to support compliance and reporting.
• Monitor filing deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Perform tax analyses, reconciliations, and special projects.
• Track invoices and maintain supporting tax documentation.
• Monitor annual state registrations and compliance requirements (Minnesota).
• Maintain accurate tax records and filing systems.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using tax/financial data.
• Participate in team meetings and process-improvement initiatives.
